It is lied in Zhangjiagang Riverside Economic Development Zone on the shore of Yangtse River and the junction of High-way S38 and S19, a vibrant Yangtse Delta Region, near Shanghai, Kunshan, Wuxi, Changzhou, and adjoins to Yangtse River channel, its geographical position is extremely superior and transportation is convenient. The quality assurance system is further improved that: the test center has the advanced testing machines of eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic testing, 10 production lines of LB-45, LB-25,LB-10, LB-5, etc. and finishing(straightening and pipe cutting), pickling, advanced gas continuous automatic-solid-furnace and environmental protection facilities; organizes production according to the standard of GB,EN,ASTM/ASME,JIS,DIN; provides quality goods and service to domestic petroleum, petrochemical, papermaking, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, food, nuclear power, military, machinery and other industries; exports to countries and regions of Asia, North America, Africa, Europe, forming the productivity of annual producing over 10 thousand tons.
At present, the company manufactures small-medium-diameter stainless steel seamless pipes with the materials of 304, 304L, 32,321H,316,316L,310S,UN31803(dual phase steel),317L,904L,etc. specifications: outer diameterΦ3~Φ114mm,,wall thickness 0.5mm-18mm(or produced in special requirements of customers). The main standards are GB/T14976-2002,GB13296-2007,GB9948-2006,GB5310-95,ect.or international and foreign standards of EN,ASTM,DIN,JIS,ect..
